What is an InBody 970 scan?
An InBody 970 scan is a research-grade body composition analysis used by hospitals, universities and elite sports programs worldwide. ECAL metabolic profiling measures your resting metabolic rate – the number of calories your body burns at rest – along with how efficiently you use fats and carbohydrates for fuel. This data is essential for building nutrition and training plans that are based on your actual physiology rather than generic calculators or guesswork.

Do I need to be a member of the host business to book?
No. Standard individual appointments are ALWAYS open to everyone – you don’t need to be a member. Some locations also offer discounted group sessions which might be exclusively available for members or challenge participants (but this will be labelled MEMBERS ONLY in that case). The booking options on this page will show you what’s available.
What's the difference between the group and solo sessions?
Group sessions are discounted InBody 970 scans offered during scheduled small-group clinics, typically available to members or challenge participants at the host location. Solo sessions are standard-priced individual appointments where you can book an InBody scan, ECAL metabolic test, or both – open to anyone.

How should I prepare for my scan?

How long does a session take?
The InBody scans themselves take under two minutes, and the ECAL tests take around five to ten minutes. However, a full Get Scanned session typically runs 15 to 45 minutes (depending on the service and other factors), because we walk you through every aspect of your results, answer your questions and discuss practical next steps. This is a consultation, not a queue.
