Your discounted credits purchased as part of a Transformation Challenge or similar structured/measured period are non-refundable and will EXPIRE 14 days after the 'challenge' end date. Credits can not be applied to a future challenge or saved for use beyond the specified time-frame. If you are unable to attend for your future scan credit on the intended date, you are welcome to use it at any location on our public clinic calendar before it expires.
